From reading the court docket (last entry on 3/7), it looked like Lexar was attempting to file a late brief in regard to the motion. SNDK objected and through today, no additional postings were on the docket. So I doubt there was any last minute witness. Generally, on motions, all the facts are presented to the court prior to the actual hearing. The hearing is reserved for attorney argument.
