I don't understand why this stock is still trading? They closed the doors a long time ago, the owner is being charged with an insider trading conspiracy and the stock still trades!?!?! Allegations of Mob ties, yet the stock still trades? No income. No company. No employees. No SEC filings. No 'nothing' that I can see. Just a stock trading on the open market! Since the few shares I own are in my IRA, I don't get a write-off so theres no need to close them out. I've seen stocks halted for a lot less than this! Still curious.....
