INTC is one of the most manipulated issues...too many growth funds portfolios ar chock-full of it. it's also a 'new era' poster child. it MUST hold up. i'm very encouraged by Mr.'i'm always wrong' Niles having upgraded it and raising his price target, as his last downgrade of INTC coincided nicely with a major low in the stock.
