Ted <OT> Elmer once said he was an investor first, partisan second. I feel that way too with WDC. I've traded it a few times, twice very well and once got SLAMMED. Five digits slammed, and that is a lot for me. I'm down a few thousand with them but up very big with the rest of the sector. Following the fundamentals and cycles of DD stocks is incredibly lucrative. Yes they suck just like KMAG, but I will trade WDC again.

One thing I've noticed with DD stocks, when they pop, it's usually always for two to three days. They're at the bottom of the screens for many investors, so they get a delayed effect. It's usually followed by a small selloff and then another run. Then they crash. Cup and handle short term trading.

I wanted to buy more MXTR. I fall into the big idiot category on this one. At the end of February it started to run from $7 to $9. I said I wanted it at $8. I put in a good til executed order and it never filled. I didn't watch it (work occasionally interferes with my trading) but it came OH so close so many times. Had I seen it @ $8.25, I would have just bought. I'm sure you know it's over $12 now. I'm pulling another one here, I want it @ $11 or so, then I'll buy. I love this stock over the next few years. I think there is huge potential here again. Very well positioned company.
