Mike, The court proceedings today were supposed to address several things.

There were three motions before Judge Breyer...

1) Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of contributory infringement.

2) Defendants's Counter-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of non-infringement.

3) Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment of invalidity.

Also, they were supposed to set a "hearing date on the motions" presented. Does this mean if a motion is denied, that no further hearings will be held?

Shouldn't we at least know at this point if the motions were carried or denied? Would such a ruling be issued the same day or would Judge Breyer likely put this off until he has reviewed the arguments presented in peace and quiet?
