"You need a traceroute utility, or telnet access to your ISP with shell privileges. If you are running Win95, I can send you a ping/traceroute utility. "

I am running Win95; I'd appreciate receiving the utility. I could probably find it on a download site, but I'm basically lazy. Thanks very much!
