zybslaw, We have to remember however, that ALA is not buying NN just to save it. I realize that, and think the purchase will benefit ALA significantly. The problem I have is that it appears that folks don't seem to recognize it's the NN deal that's ragged ALA out so badly, then they turn around talking big about voting against the merger as if NN would go through the roof. I'd guess it would take an 8-10 point drop to start. IMO, last earnings were a start for NN, but in my experience it takes more like 4-8 good quarters to re-establish credibility. May have even taken longer with NN as they've had problems meeting numbers for so long. I am all for this merger, despite what it has done to ALA stock short term. You have a great weekend too! sf
