Benkea, what pisses me of in the whole scheme of things how this administration and Schumer have the arrogance to tell other countries what to do with their resources. First why not impose a tax on all those SUV's and other energy consuming luxuries. How about another country telling the US that if corn will not sell for 1 Euro per bushel they will sanction the US, or what about an government order to Intel to produce more chips so that it's PIII 800 MHz will sell for $100 then they will start sanctions against the US. Commerce is a two way street the Western World better save on energy than just waste it. The arrogance and stupidity just does not know bounds. What happen to free market?? they know to preach to other but do not implement it themself. Haim
