Zbyslaw>> There wasn't enough good will to offset the tons of bad will generated in the investment community. <ggg> Seriously though, I am not an accountant, but would not the eps be reported before special charges which I assume would include goodwill? In any event, I seem to recall expectations of eps "north of 20 cents". No question in my mind, thank god they made a deal. Good bad or ugly... the deal had to be made. Long term it should work out nicely. Blaireo
