GIFS trades at $2.50 after the announcement. -Stories of Mo' leaving the country and returning with briefcases full of cash and gold coins. Put two and two together. Get it now? Also CEO get nice salary. Hype stock so employees and friends can sell out. I will add that this is only speculation. I have no proof. I'm am just pointing out a plausible way that GIFS CEO could profit.
