Hi Auric:

I shorted NCDR with Waterhouse brokerage before halted. A couple of weeks ago, Waterhouse told me that I have to cover immediately. I tried to cover several times at the price of $2, but I couldn't at that time. My portfolio still shows 1000 short NCDR.

Do you know how to handle this case.
