I'd say, most likely. 20K trades is a lot for any trader indicating a lack of ability to select proper trading. I wonder who's going to go over these to report loss/gain to the irs? As to the SEC rules of filtering potential traders: what happens when the trader moves on to other day-trading shops in order to get a piece of the action? Seems to me that a fool intent on leaving his money on the table will find a way SEC or not.
