This is either good, or at worst neutral news, for present investors in my opinion: Friday March 17, 5:37 pm Eastern Time NeoMagic CFO Merle McClendon resigns SANTA CLARA, Calif, March 17 (Reuters) - NeoMagic Corp., which makes multimedia accelerators for notebook PCs, said Friday its chief financial officer Merle McClendon has resigned to pursue other interests. The company said that an outside financial consultant Douglas Gans will serve as interim CFO. NeoMagic shares closed up 2/32 at 5-15/32 on Friday. biz.yahoo.com RTS
