OGPS you look weak and you are. Your legal advice is also lacking. Any good lawyer would have advised against putting out the release you did today.
Any good lawyer could have had your employee served today had you been serious
Omicron's trouble their lawyer would likely want a certified check
It will never happen, get over it OGPS... move on it will be better for you, shareholders and the employees you have left.
SAK I personally believe you, the company and shareholders will be the losers if you litigate.
You I could care less about, shareholders well you should, but its obvious you and the directors of OGPS do not.
I believe you have breached your fiduciary duty in the managing of the business affairs of OGPS.
Get on with starting over, it will be a lot harder then you think you have to earn credibility amongst investors....... OGPS has very little and it is sad.
Sak there is no room for egos when dealing with this situation,
Please check yours at the door
Get on with building a company. It will go away, you have just drawn more attention to it, by your actions.
Sak, the sun will rise in the East tomorrow and OGPS will still trade on Monday.
The comments made by your former employee on RB were not that bad, I imagine some truth (like the NSF payroll checks, I notice you did not deny that)
Those comments actually helped the stock price today LOL,
The fact that you let this company go to the "pink" sheets has hurt the stock price more then the comments on RB,
Give your head a shake, go look in the mirror and blame who ever you see for the chitty performance of OGPS...........
sure is lonely at the top, eh?
Had you,
1 Filed well in advance of delisting day, you would not be on the pinks. Right? Your fault........
2 No product, No revenues, No business...... all equals
NO MONEY, thus trouble meeting the payroll, and other expenses will creep up that will also be tough to meet.
Well OGPS strikes out at a former employee, it would be improper to blame management after all they are the "suits" and they get the BIG bucks. |
