Teri: I basically missed this upturn swing. I intend to catch the coming one. For all the news I heard so far, this balanced budget seem to be pretty good and we will go through a new way of aligning the market with this new set economic fundamentals. This involves that future acceptable PE ratios will be much higher than the current. I heard on CNBC that Dow will climb to 12k very easily. Regards Kumar.
