Yes, this info is from the official 424BX filing (424B4, 424B3, etc.) filed after the IPO priced. The documents do not list E*offering as an underwriter in the Underwriting Distribution table. I would guess that the shares E*trade allocated were obtained indirectly from one of the official underwriters. IISX is not the only IPO E*offering wasn't listed under the syndicate of underwriters, there have been a few others this year such as:

TRSI - O shares
DTEC - O shares
VSTY - O shares
CHRD - O shares
OPHM - O shares
LOUD - O shares
IISX - O shares

I plan to post a table of E*offering's underwriting distribution along with this thread's allocations ratios for all on IPOs allocated by E*trade this year on monday.
