Delisting is based on the asset value or net worth of FTL. But the timing of the delisting can be fuzzy, that depends on NYSE specialist and his short position. Usually the price of the stock goes below $1 for a while. In any case the specialist may also trade pink sheets, after delisting. This is tradition and not necessarily applicable to FTL.
