Taikun These are good starts - phone.com for non-NTT and access (IPO this year I think) for NTT. www.phone.com www.access.co.jp phone.com makes real money on phone company revenues so the potential is huge. I assume access did the same deal but I am not sure. They'll point you in the right direction. EDIT - actually Docomo might have just used access for development.
