The small caps are beginning to move after being in a bear market for ove a year. EXAR has been trading in a narrow range from 14-16 and today move up beyond the 17 mark making it to 19. We might be ready for some upside potential here if the market start discovering the small caps again. However the fundamentals just don't bear up to this price increase. Did they say soemthing +++ at the HQ conference yesterday?
