I would think that it would be the date of settlement since CMGI is the one that figures it out and sends the investor code. I just got my offer in the mail yesterday so I would think most who have not received anything in the next couple of days are not going to get anything. Even if you do qualify Wit makes it pretty difficult to get any shares anyway and it's not a guarantee. I lost out on one of them and was angry because it takes a lot of work to follow all their directions. But I will give this one a shot. Ron
