Is anyone concerned about the auditor's opinion in Prime's S1? There's a warning about their viability as a "going concern" -

"The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the company will continue as a going concern.... The Company has incurred losses and negative cash flows from operations since its reorganization in 1997, which raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."

Apparently only about 1% of public companies get this type of warning. This, combined with the fact that losses are increasing at a faster pace than revenue growth, makes me nervous about investing in PRME.
