Howard,

I haven't seen you this excited in quite some time. I guess you have good reason to be. This is great news!!! I was pretty skeptical for quite some time about FB. I stuck with it though and recently didn't even care if the FB deal closed due to the recent acquisitions. But, since they seem they are going to get FB, I'm not going to complain to much.<g>

First Tanners, then RSI, now the potential of Fatburger. This is a great combination. I really think that both Tanners and RSI are going to be great contributors the bottom line and I really would have held this stock for a while just because of them. But Fatburger will be what this company is known for once the acquisition is complete. It's what will be "sexy" about the company as you say.

So, in just under a month, we're going to be holding shares of a company with two really good companies with great growth potential and fatburger which speaks for itself. I really don't have a problem with holding onto this stock for a while.

I don't know what your talking about $3.00. I think this company will be worth almost, but not quite as much as McDonald's after the acquisition so I have my price target set at around $4000/share.<ggggg>

OK, maybe they aren't quite there yet, maybe $3.00/share short term isn't that unreasonable.

Have a good day,

Steve
