I think everyone who has ever sat at the bench, was nodding and grinning on that one...
Now, a serious point on proteomics. Once the "piping" that's been applied to genomics gets turned on the proteome, we aren't looking at TNN's 20-40 year horizon. We know how to move, sequence and structurally analyze proteins (and analyze their interactions), it really is more of a matter of building the equipment. Question is, will this be a new set of companies, some of the current guard such as PE, ABSC, etc., or one of the newer Gx cos. such as SQNM or KIVA?
