Probably not much. I don't see any leaders mentioned there just junky B2C companies and content sites.

If those little companies start to die off, will CSCO be hurt? Nope, because retailers, content sites and software companies like ITRA don't buy CSCO stuff very much. Most of those retailers and content sites outsource their Web hosting to firms like VRIO and EXDS that will continue to grow. They don't care if 5 companies go under when 50 more are eager to launch their Web site tomorrow.

A few weeks ago Barrons predicted the demise of KEYN. Looks pretty healthy to me. Barrons hasn't been right about much in a long time.

Finally, mergers and failures in a startup sector aren't exactly BIG NEWS. Winners survive and losers die in every sector of the economy.

Ask the airline companies sometime. Or automakers or brokerages or......
