Just in case some of you want to get the full background on XYBR, read my posts there. I may be buying some CNLG. Maybe some of you could buy some XYBR. We can really squeeze them. The plain and simple fact is that XYBR's auditors had that warning in the filings for 4 years. They waited until now when the company is turning around to post and to get their media friends to publish it as if it were news. Read the XYBR cfo response where he indicates they have enough cash to meet their needs and are on the verge of re-financing. IBM has arranged financing for them. They have deals with Sony, HP and IBM. The deals are affiliations for manufacturing, promotion and financing. I don't think any of those entities would have entered into an arrangement with XYBR if it were a scam. The product is already selling well commercially. But it is still in the R&D phase and this is where the supposed half truthseeker misled. Fact is that they have over 400 patents and have won in court every time they were challenged. In fact, their chief competition TELT now licenses from them after litigation. The CORE concept which was just revealed will be an even more incredible product but is 1-3 years away. In my opinion, they will be acquired sooner rather than later. He has been harping on this company for the past year and has been wrong. His associates have been shorting from the single digits. They finally got a good day and they then all come out and hand slap, bum kiss and play in the mud. If you are not careful, they will do the same thing to CNLG. I hope that my warnings will save you the same fate we had on Friday. However, it may represent a significant opportunity to squeeze them all fronts. Good luck.
