Herc, The only thing I see is earnings runup and corresponding selloff. CFO left in January, and earnings est for Mar00 are lower than Dec99 may be another reason. Profitable company. Charles Tillett, an insider has been dumping shares all month in February. In January00, NetScout announced that Chief Financial Officer Charles W. Tillett will leave the Company at the end of January to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Tillett joined NetScout in 1991. Jack
