Art Bell has been complaining about this exact thing (the length of the long form) for the last several days on his radio show. And I agree with him.

The point he makes is that the 4th Amendment to the Constitution guarantee's a citizen's right to privacy. A census is also in the Constitution, but is supposed to be just a "headcount" (sorry, I don't have the specific language of it). He says he'll just fill out the questions he wants to fill-out, and if they want to fine him the $100, they can go for it.

Do you know how they determine which form you're responsible for filling out? Is it just "luck of the draw"??
