Hi Katie, Thanks for the info. Couple of things you said intrigued me. You indicate that Gibbons is no longer CEO. When did he leave? Is the person that replaced him any better? Is the management at SPCO today aggressive and hungry? Seems to me if the structure and business savy is in place anything is possible. Your story about why they lost the lead with their HG software is enlightening. Powerpoint is very popular today I'm afraid. Wife Sherrie and I have been trying to decide if we want to put a little money in as a long shot. As you pointed out, the downside appears pretty safe and if you are willing to hold it for a while who knows. It is interesting to me that S&P's Outlook mentions it as a takeover candidate. Have they heard whispers that we have not heard yet?? Put you intuition to work for the betterment of our pocketbooks and tell me if you get a connection. Best Wishes, Rick
