Rich, if your experience with this researcher is not due to just one IP locally having problems, but a wide spread policy, we might have a real problem. On the other hand, the elected president is doing everything but rattle sabers and declare independence, so maybe a soft landing there like in Honk Kong is possible. Has anyone else had simi;lar problems of communication with the mainland? Zeev
