Ruffman, you are a trip. Don't confuse debt and deficits with "going concern" warnings. SEPR just raised a big chunk of cash. And they didn't need to resort to selling a huge wad of stock 66% BELOW the market price of the stock. The market was more than willing to give SEPR money, because they have a bright future. XYBR on the other hand has to issue private placements to hedge funds at massive discounts. SEPR has plenty of money to finance operations, XYBR doesn't. Please go back to finance 101. MIKE
