Does anyone know when the Census is due back to the Govt.? Is it after April 1st? Or are we to assume who is going to be living in the household on April 1st? I love this line from the long form. "The census Bureau estimates that, for the average household ,this form will take about 38 minutes to complete, including the time for reviewing the instructions and answers." Do they really think the average guy is going to give them that much time? Maybe 5 minutes at best!LOL
