QUICK UPDATE: Fist of all the stock fell from 15 bucks to eight dollars because that big buyer bought all his stock.There was no support under the market.Good news is that a large chunk was taken out of the market in safe hands.Also more good news he will be back to buy very soon! About the merger:MDIH has had some trouble closing the deal.Lots of trouble.Every time they want to close the deal a bigger fish comes to the pool!This deal is bigger and stronger than I have ever dreamed it could be.The private will raise big bucks,but besides the money there is more on the table.Joint ventures with the big boys.Having NBC,CSI-GAMES,Orcle and some players to be named at a later date is truly amazing!And this is only the start.MDIH will make some major anouncements with many web portals to share in the profits and get more eyes on lottery.com!Maybe Yahoo,AOL,(just guessing)Those are the only two that I could think of! Let me finish with this.MDIH will be on the NASDAQ soon(the time frame on this is up to the sec)The merger will close soon.A private placement over 30 million will be in the bank.A secondary offering of 2-3 million shares at a higher price.Then the Buy recs from the major firms on wall street.Maybe A VISIT ON CNBC(NBC) WITH THE BOYS.A SMALL FLAOT CNBC VISIT IS GOOD FOR 4-6 bucks a share.I ammoving my short term target to 30 bucks by june.100 bucks by year end and maybe higher.Watch to see the new players very soon.I hope this makes it clearer to all the fools on RB! After the private and secondary is finished MDIH will look like this.26 million shares and about 60 million in cash!thats over two bucks a share in cash.Also remember this most web sites spend millions of dollars on air time to promote their site.All MDIH has to do is call NBC for some air time!
