Keith, I would have put my housecoat on and driven there straight away...the local mac's milk has better customer service than these morons. It's no wonder GEM.to has such a crazy valuation. Whoever is first to open an alternate, non-banking brokerage will be tripping over the profits. (still though, gem at .80 with 100 million shares is questionable!!) Mike
