I am looking for a new online broker and want some recommendation. Is the opinion of this thread that the Wall Street Access is good? Any info will be appreciated.

Basically, I want to trade both stocks and options. I am looking for responsive web and fast execution, easy to reach customer support, and not so high fees. I usually trade small number of contracts (~10). I don't want to open new accounts every few months, so all info out there is much appreciated.
