<High margin debt levels and the interest rate/stock market scenario that WT paints could put a significant damper on the construction industry for a while...if the crash were to happen.< Jacques, just to make sure the record is straight... I'm not saying this will happen, I'm saying it could happen and that this risk needs and is factored into the stock price.
