Mad2: Very true... thanks for clarifying. Still extremely cheap though. CBSI also looks interesting... 30 P/E, $200 mil outside investment to set up a VC fund, though it will be much more dilutive than the SLVN deal where SLVN already has most of the cash... and is spending more on the fund than CBSI... and it has a smaller mkt cap.
