If they are fully reporting and trading yes they would be ... if they get delisted though you could have a serious problem. All these Pinks screaming they are coming back I have not seen many that have and recall none. Getting of the pinks is going to be a nightmare .. Wonder if they will have to cnacel the stock to do it ... then reissue and register new stock ... People bring pinks are nutz in my opinion ... Gary
