It's apparent we don't really have privacy anyway, so paranoia would be futile. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't resist the intrusion on other grounds. The long form is a clear violation of the 4th amendment. It would be unAmerican to comply. It seems like refugees from Eastern Europe drew up the thing. This isn't Bulgaria.

Do you really believe them when they say the information is not made available to other entities?
