I think your biggest professional character flaw is avoiding debt. James, I can't argue with this. My goal has always been to keep a well capitalized store. Debt service cuts into profits. On the other hand, something can be said about leverage. But! If you had public money you probably wouldn't worry so much, especially if you sold off $200mil worth of stock...before the real results came in. This goes without saying LOL. whatever you do...don't get rid of your core business. Never will happen until my son finally takes full control. I have been building it for 30 years and although many do not believe in hard work, I enjoy it. Most of the time;-)
