Why would you ask that? Do I come across as a quasi PR person?

Yes.

And your statement about lying seems strange. You don't mean that LUMM's counsel would let them lie elsewhere than before the SEC, or do you? I would hope that any decent counsel, most particularly LUMM's, would condemn lying in any situation. One can always say 'no comment' in place of a distracting lie to a question in a sensitive area.

My comment was not meant to be taken personally. It was said of any company. SEC documents are pretty closely scrutinized whereas verbal comments aren't. I attend anywhere from six to ten conferences a year and have heard every kind of hype from the mildest to the most extreme. Clearly the CEOs take risks they wouldn't take if their words were written down and filed with the SEC.

Now, since we've established you don't work for Lumenon or any company affiliated with them, let me ask if you share any of my concerns. If I were a shareholder, I'd be grateful to anyone willing to take the time to analyze the company with new eyes. Of course I'm assuming you're an investor and not a trader. If you're not, that's a whole different matter.
