That could explain MU's and INTC's new 52 week high,
but that does not why Vanguard's Willshire 5000 made
a new all time high.(per my MU FREE EMAIL). And that is 4,998 more stocks then just MU and INTC.
It is foolish to buy puts in the greatest bull market
in history. The RISK/REWARD is just too great.

After that said, Hal remains frozen in neutral, parallelized
by the RISK/REWARD ratio.
