Dave, interesting thought. I have heard the same complaint about DIR and EGRP. I had thought that DIR's policy of catering towards the $100k+ account would be very profitable by excluding riff-raff like me. They are swamped, too. For TWE to go up, the fed must signal that rising energy prices are slowing the economy without, in their opinion, causing core inflationary irritations. JMO. Everyone has customer service problems.
