<gg> amazingly enough the devices they are talking about are hydrogen fueled (they are working on methanol reformers). I wonder how they get the hydrogen OUT of the metal hydride. Portable bunsen burners?? <gg> Scuse me while I cook my laptop a little.....

Now that the Japanese AND Koreans are hot to trot regarding GaN substrates it will certainly be interesting in the next few years. Some big Japanese and Korean companies have been known to sell at a loss to capture market <gg>. The game's afoot <gg>.
