Hmmm,

The arbitrage spread...like my guy in Naples told me when the spread was 20 that "these arbitrage people ain't dummies"...I didn't have time to do boards this weekend but the discussion on Friday PM on the SI JDSU board was sobering. Food for thought, and I wouldn't want to be holding the bag on ETEK if this deal folds...what did Clint say..."do you feel lucky?" - the spread concerns me, doesn't feel right. You may be right, but I would keep your eyes open on this one. Comments have been made that ETEK would be fine if the deal doesn't go thru...while that may be true I would not want to be a short term holder of the common if the deal falls apart.
