Here's a question.

I just uninstalled Outlook Express...my computer has been acting spazzy the last couple of days and when I tried to access my email OExpress wouldn't function. I transferred all my email and addresses over to Outlook 98 and dumped Outlook Express. Now I can receive email in OEX 98 but I can't send anything...all I have is a file button but no send button. I've looked all over and I can't find a send function...??? Could this be some kind of incompatibility thing with IE5 or my ISP?

I'm thinking about downloading (reinstalling) Outlook Express and transferring the info (emails etc) back over to it.

Any opinions about which email program is better? I'm using IE5 with W95.
