Reporting from the East China Sea I guess the world isn't ending. Just wanted to keep everyone on the board up-to-date. Here I am with Mr. Moose and The Captain bobbing around the East China Sea in our rowboat waiting for the Chinese invasion anticipated by Richard over the weekend. The sea is rough, and the Captain is not feeling too well, hell we should have brought more sea sickness medicine with us but we did not have that much time...had to save democracy you know, in any event the only attack we came under last night, probably directed from the mainland, was from a couple of Peking ducks. The Captain's uniform was ruined but who said war wasn't hell? Mr. Moose is not looking too well but being the trooper that he is refuses to go ashore for some R and R in Taipei. At the moment it is all quiet here...we are in it for the long haul. We are taking turns looking for that Chinese submarine we don't want to be blindsided. Justa, do you think you can resupply with the newest issue of Barron's next Saturday? Apparently Barron's does not deliver in this part of the world. In the event war breaks out and I meet my maker I have instructed Lars to bury me in one of those oversized takeout rice boxes you receive from those Chinese takeout restaurants, once my body is recovered, and to bury me above ground in Chinatown.
