It`s a bitch having to "conform" to SEC guidelines. Trading in the 120`s. 8:25 ET Microstrategy (MSTR) 226 3/4: Stock getting demolished pre-market (at $150) as company restates financial results to "conform" to SEC guidelines -- says Q4 operating earnings will be a loss to $0.43-0.51 versus earlier reports of a $0.01 profit.
