The RNTK/Texaco press release says, "The MOI expires on April 14, 2000 unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties." Isn't that an awfully short time frame to "evaluate and potentially acquire up to one-half of Rentech's fifty percent (50%) interest in the ``Sand Creek' project"? Could someone comment on that?

Still long in my IRA. (green too, especially since RNTK broke thru its 52-week high).
