Another reason why the JV with Toshiba will be a stabilizing factor for not only the "Company", but the industry. Certainly Dr. Harari and crew have taken the volatility of the area into account, and a foundry in the U.S. will be less likely to be affected by international stress. <<"The fabs for almost all asics and most flashram are in taiwan.">> R
