CNBC interview with CEO Richard Faubert (paraphrased): CNBC: Revenue up 37% but still not profitable... RF: Expect to turn a profit soon...comfortable with analysts estimates of $0.12 in Q4. CNBC: Why not profitable? RF: Gross Margin of 34% is below our target of 45%...new product designs will fix. CNBC: Can the cycle continue at this pace? Aren't we due for a correction? RF: The change is due to multiple drivers of the business. In the past it was primarily PC's...this time it is also Internet infrastructure, mobile phones, personal devices, etc. We expect a softer bottom to this cycle about 2-3 years out. Traditional models of the business may not work with this cycle due to the multiple drivers of the business.
